MLILY MONTERO GRAND SPRINGLESS MATTRESS

Montero Grand is a 25 cm high non-spring mattress that combines Aircell Memory visco-elastic foam with an elastic CoolFlex HR layer and a firm polyurethane base. The medium-soft surface adapts to the contours of the body and reduces pressure in the shoulder and hip areas.

Mattress structure:

1. Aircell Memory (3 cm) – visco-elastic material that reacts to body heat. It adapts to individual body contours and distributes weight evenly, reducing major pressure points.
2. CoolFlex HR (3 cm) – highly elastic HR polyurethane. Provides resilience, prevents sinking too deeply into the mattress, and improves air circulation.
3. Bracesleeper polyurethane (17 cm) – a firm base layer that ensures stable support and protects the mattress from deformation.

This combination of layers helps the spine maintain its natural shape whether sleeping on the side or the back – the top layer absorbs body weight, while the deeper layers provide counter-support. This reduces muscle tension and helps prevent numbness in the arms or legs.

The mattress is enclosed in a removable cover with a wrap-around zipper. It is breathable, wicks away moisture, and creates an unfavorable environment for dust mites and bacteria, thus possessing anti-allergic properties. The cover can be machine washed at temperatures up to 40 °C.

The mattress is delivered vacuum-packed and rolled up. Once unrolled, it is recommended to leave it for 24–48 hours until it regains its final shape.
